Mid Term Property Evaluation

In the middle of your lease, typically around month 6-9, we will contact you with 24 hours notice, to arrange for a member of our team to come by and perform an interior/exterior evaluation of the property. This evaluation will typically take 15-30 minutes.

Our obligation to the property owner is to document any lease compliance or maintenance issues. In addition, we want to make sure that the property is in good working order for you as well.

We can visit the property when you are home or out.

There must be an adult over the age of 18 present if there is a minor under the age of 18 in the property at the time of our visit.

As mentioned, we will provide at least 24 hours advance notice and if for any reason we are not able to access the property at our schedule time, as per your lease, there are "Denial of Access" penalty fees that we will apply to your account.
